Ray the Hat Man

Is it bad when the entertainer for the summer knows you by first name and uses your name in his songs? Ray the Hat Man is at the resort for the summer and he plays everything live from Tim McGraw to Elvis, and has a hat to match each artist. Now I think its getting bad when Ray calls out your name when you walk by the lounge so everyone knows who you are. We're at the point now, where we can steal Ray's hats and wear them. Canada Day Party

Canada Day

Canada Day!!! What a hudge success. Although it rained in morning, the afternoon was beautiful and i don't think this event could have went any better. I had a great time organizing it and running it. We had carnival games, relays, face painting, kids crafts, a bbq, beer gardens, slip and slide, the fire department demonstration and of Course, Ray the Hat man for our entertainment. The day was awesome, wtih an estimated 1 000 people there. There were a few minor glitches, but nothing can be perfect. Check out the pictures.

House Boating

Hey all, as some of you know I spent 2 days and 2 nights on a house boat with some of the food and beverage staff. It was a bast and needless to say a hudge party. There were 16 of us total and we just drank, swam, suntanned on the roof and cruised lake Koocanusa. There was a hot tub on the rood of the house boat, a hudge stearo system, 2 bathrooms, a water slide, lower deck area and tons more. It was a bast. And a big thanks to Jamie for taking me on the trip, Ontarioans Rock! Thanks for a great time Guys. (pictures to come soon)
